If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will control for that specific project or relationship.

7. Subcontractor Interest Forms
Our website may allow independent tradespeople, businesses, or contractors to submit subcontractor interest forms.
Submitting a subcontractor interest form does not create an employment relationship, subcontractor relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or guarantee of work.
Before being approved for any project opportunities, subcontractors may be required to provide additional information or documents, including:

Subcontractors are expected to operate as independent businesses, provide their own tools, equipment, transportation, insurance, tax documentation, and labor where applicable, and maintain control over how they perform their trade work, subject to agreed project results, quality standards, safety expectations, and written scopes of work.
